PRICING & FEE STRUCTURE

Every services includes personalized travel advice based on expert professional knowledge, numerous resource partners, and first-hand experience. As full-time travel planning specialists we invest time into researching, planning, and employing or worldwide travel network for each itinerary. As a member of the Virtuoso luxury travel consortia we have the power and leverage to create unique and exceptional experiences for each client. A majority of our income is made through industry-standardized commissions paid by hotels, airlines, tour operators, and cruise lines and only after client travel has been completed.
While our services are generally complimentary to you, in some instances we may ask for a travel planning fee for time or extensive itineraries or a la carte services.
Such services include booking economy airline tickets, making hard-to-get restaurant reservations, or securing tickets to sold-out events. In most cases the price you pay is the same that you would pay direct or to online booking engines and sometimes less - all with enhanced service, complimentary amenities and more. You will be advised in advance if your itinerary requires an additional charge to arrange specific components.
DEPOSIT
$300

After your complimentary consultation we will secure a $250 deposit towards your curated itinerary. Your card will not be charged at this time. In the event you decide to book your travel independently based on recommendations we have provided, your card will be charged a $300 fee to help offset the cost for our time.
AIRLINE RESERVATIONS
Domestic Air: Fee From $25 per person
International Air: Fee From $35 per person

This includes researching the best flight itineraries and providing options along with securing the selected flight/s either directly or through a consolidator,
HOMES & VILLAS
Fee From $300
​
This includes researching and confirming availability, pricing and securing reservation of home or villa with potential Virtuoso (or similar) amenities, arranging of requested concierge services (i.e. transfers, chefs, pantry stocking, dinner reservations.)
